Reseller Policies and Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in becoming an iRESTORE Reseller. We’re excited for the opportunity to work together. Please note the following important information about our program.

SELLING POLICIES

  • Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) is as follows (in USD; if you are an international reseller, you may follow the current exchange rate, but MAP must be at or above the prices below):

  • You may sell iRESTORE products only on your own domain/websites or your physical store locations
  • Selling on 3rd party sites (eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, etc.), drop-ship accounts (Buy.com, Newegg.com, Overstock.com, etc.), classified sites (Craigslists.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) or direct messages on forums without Freedom Laser Therapy's written and expressed consent is strictly prohibited.

ORDERS

  • Please register and log in to your iRESTORE Wholesale account to see our catalog. We will process your order within 48 business hours.
  • If you have further questions about your order, it's best to send us an email at orders@freedomlasertherapy.com, so we can answer your questions in a timely manner.

WARRANTY

iRESTORE products sold by resellers are eligible for our manufacturer's warranty, covering defects only. This process ensures smooth handling of warranty claims between customers, Authorized Resellers, and iRESTORE.

Process

  • Customer to Reseller
    • Customers must contact the reseller (point of purchase) to initiate a warranty claim.
  • Reseller Responsibilities
    • Gather and verify the following:
      • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
      • Serial Number.
      • Description of the issue.
      • Photos or videos showing the defect.
    • Contact iRESTORE at orders@freedomlasertherapy.com, providing all documentation.
  • iRESTORE Responsibilities
    • iRESTORE will review the documentation and collaborate with the reseller to determine the resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or alternative solution. The reseller will inform the customer of the outcome.

Important Notes:

  • Customers should contact their reseller, not iRESTORE, for warranty claims.
  • Excessive device use (e.g., multiple sessions per day in salons) may void the warranty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All reseller orders are final, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed. 
  • We do not offer any money back guarantee of any kind for products sold to resellers, including the iRESTORE Hair Growth System. If your customer is not satisfied with their experience, they must go through you to process a refund per your policy. 
    • That said, iRESTORE is not responsible for customer service for your store when it comes to refunds or customer satisfaction – our customer service can answer any product-related questions, but we will not issue any refunds or exchanges on your behalf, nor can we accept refunds from your customers back to our warehouse.
